2019 RBA REFUND POLICY

All unpaid balances, including but not limited to registration, raffle money, volunteer deposits, and returned check fees must be paid at this time in order to register for the 2019 season.

Your registration is not complete until these items have been turned in. 

Volunteer Deposit -  $100 per family.  EVERY family must turn a deposit in this year.  Please provide a check dated for May 19, 2019. For EACH registered player a volunteer (18 or over only) is required to complete a volunteer duty that is equivalent of one complete game or 2 hours.

The Volunteer Deposit checks will be destroyed after satisfying the volunteer obligation.  If you fail to show up on a day that you signed up for and have not notified the Volunteer Coordinator in advance, your check will be cashed the next day.

Raffle Deposit - $50 per Player.   To make the program more efficient raffle money is due at the Mandatory walk in registration, the raffle tickets will be distributed at that time.   

Uniform sample sizes will be available for both boys and girls. Please be sure to double check your child’s sizes on Blue Sombrero once you’ve viewed the samples. Any re-orders will not be paid for or refunded by the RBA.

Registration Refunds will not be given after the uniforms have been ordered. Raffle ticket money will not be refunded under any circumstances.
